Instructions for using QR code membership form
 

• Desktop: point phone camera at QR code, a yellow "docs.google.com" banner will pop up. Push the banner and it will take you to the form. Fill out the form, choose payment type (PayPal or check), make payment and then  submit the form. 
   

• Phone (Android and iPhone similar directions): screen shot QR code, save to photos, push the little white circle with the square in it at the bottom right of the picture. The picture then becomes highlighted, tap on the QR code, a banner will pop up, choose "open in safari". You will then be connected to the form. Fill out the form, choose payment type (PayPal or check), make payment and then submit the form.
